Cue the music! Ding, Dong, Comps are done!

I have returned to the land of the living!

Let me just tell you, comp exams are no

effing joke. 

4 HUGE essay questions and 4 days to do them...

Doesn't sound that bad right?

NOPE - It sucked!

I cried twice, and I NEVER cry.

Thankfully, my comps have been turned in. 

Only to be returned back to me in 2-3 weeks

with comments to implement.

Ahhhh the life of a grad student... But
I am so close to being done I can almost taste it!

Speaking of tasting...

For my celebratory "YOU TURNED YOUR COMPS IN"

Ricky brought me home a bottle of 

Dom Perignon.

For those of you who don't know, 

this is a pretty fancy shmacy, hoity toity

bottle of champs.

I was pretty excited to try it - because I have heard

nothing but good things.

I will tell you, it was good.

But I'm not sure it is worth what it cost.

I mean, it was definitely better than Andre. 

But I think I've had $50 bottles of champs

and been just as pleased.

So will I buy it again? No.

Would I drink it if someone gave it to me

Helllllll yes :D
