Tuesday:
5 1/2 mile run
Wednesday:
1 hour and 15 minutes of yoga.
Thursday:
Workout with the trainer!
4 rounds of:
- 100 Jump Ropes
- 0.25 mile run
- 10 burpees/knees to elbows combination
(This workout is killer).
Friday:
1 hour of blogilates pilates!
