Workout: 8/11-8/15

Monday:
2 1/2 mile run


















Tuesday:
5 1/2 mile run 

Wednesday:
1 hour and 15 minutes of yoga.


















Thursday:
Workout with the trainer!

4 rounds of: 
  • 100 Jump Ropes
  • 0.25 mile run
  • 10 burpees/knees to elbows combination
(This workout is killer).

Friday:
1 hour of blogilates pilates!
